How much is shipping and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We currently only ship to Canada & the USA. We offer free tracked shipping for all orders over $100. For orders under $100, regular tracked shipping within Canada is $11 and $7 to the USA. Regular tracked shipping takes 3 - 10 business days within North America however there is no guarantee for estimated delivery times! Express shipping is available for $25 in Canada and takes 1-3 business days.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges for all other products within 14 business days from the day your order is delivered. Buyer is responsible for covering the cost to ship the items back to us and items must be shipped back to us in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If you would like to return or exchange an item please do not hesitate to contact us! 

 

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? 

We are so sorry to hear that your package has not arrived! Unfortunately if your package’s tracking info shows that the item was delivered but you still have not received it, it may be that the package was stolen. In that case it is unfortunately out of our control and we cannot be held responsible. We strongly recommend checking with neighbours to see if it was accidentally delivered to a neighbouring address. Also be sure to double check that the shipping address entered was correct. If your tracking shows that the item was not delivered and you have not received your package past 10 business days please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with locating your order!
